About Roma Bakery And Pizzeria

Mediterranean Bakery and Pizzeria

Roma Bakery And Pizzeria is an italian deli in Dearborn, Michigan. It is listed at 6412 Schaefer Rd, Dearborn, MI 48126, which places it among the local businesses of Dearborn that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Italian restaurants, sub shops, calzone counters and Italian delis sit next to the pizzerias on this site because most of them bake pizza too, often from the same dough. Full-service Italian restaurants take reservations for dinner, add a tip line for table service (15-20% is customary) and usually run a cheaper lunch menu on weekdays. Sub and sandwich shops are counter-order and quick, with sizes by the inch or in half and whole lengths. Calzones and strombolis are priced like a medium pizza and are large enough to share. Italian delis and bakeries sell by weight and by the piece, and many close mid-afternoon.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 7 am–9 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. I had a very disappointing experience at Roma Bakery. The girl at the front was extremely rude and disrespectful. My order was taking a long time, so I politely asked, "Would you like me to come back in an hour?" Instead of responding professionally, she became defensive and snapped at me, saying, "I go by order." There was no reason to speak to a customer that way. Good customer service means treating people with respect, even when it's busy. I understand that orders can take time, but her attitude was completely unnecessary and made the experience unpleasant. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training so other customers don't have the same experience. Response to you I completely disagree with your version of events. I was polite and respectful the entire time. My order was taking a long time, so I simply asked, "Would you like me to come back in an hour?" because I was trying to give your staff more time to finish it. That wasn't a demandβ€”it was a reasonable question. At no point did I expect my order to be made before anyone else's, and I did not intend to be disrespectful. Unfortunately, your employee's response was rude and unprofess

If you order a Buffalo chicken pizza, make sure they don’t accidentally make it as BBQ instead. This happened to me 4 times in a row, and I was never offered anything to make it right. I even triple-confirmed my order over the phone and reminded them about the previous mistakes, yet they still got it wrong the exact same way. Each time, I had to wait around 20 more minutes for a remake, usually with barely an apology. To make it worse, I was even charged for ranch after all of this. The first 2–3 times it happened, the pizza still tasted great, so I held off on leaving a bad review. But this last time, the remade pizza wasn’t up to the standard I was used to. Very disappointed. This used to be my favorite pizza spot.

I called in an order and was given an estimated wait time of 10 minutes. When I arrived, the food wasn’t ready, which I completely understood and was fine waiting. However, while I was waiting, another customer came in, was recognized by a staff member, had their order taken on the spot, and received their food before me. I appreciated that the cashier acknowledged that I had been waiting first, but another employee dismissed her and continued prioritizing the other customer. That part felt unprofessional and unfair. I understand delays happen, but treating customers equally and respectfully should always be a priority. I hope this is addressed moving forward.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice. Their food is amazing. Everytime I try something different, from the cheese and meat pies to their pizza and all their different wraps and sandwiches. And of course we cannot forget the sweets they have. Their cookies and the filled dates and cakes. Everytime they have something new for sweets. Really the best bakery I've ever tried.
